After fusing art glass for many years, I decided to switch to readily available bottle glass. I have dedicated my time to taming the complications of irregular bottle glass – from cutting an a curved surface, to kiln firing temperamental incompatibilities. Over the last 10 years I have achieved an array of methods to allow me to make incredible light catching works with totally recycled materials.
I enjoy the challenge of creating with limited colors and shapes, and am proud to make recycling my goal. My major works are Mosaic using old windows, or handmade frames from recycled wood. Currently I am also displaying groupings on driftwood, all collected locally.
