Mallory is new to the Birmingham area, moving from Brooklyn. She worked in New York as a technology consultant at Microsoft for four years, and her time in the city rekindled a love for art that she’d temporarily set aside. She spent Saturdays bopping in and out of the Chelsea Galleries, navigating through Brooklyn to see a show, or traipsing uptown to wander around the Museum of Modern Art or the Met.
