Artist Statement
I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in architecture, but while there, I filled in empty classes with painting lectures. Since then, I’ve been painting and experimenting with various mediums and styles to find my voice. Recently, I’ve found that earth-based and natural subjects have been my favorite to work with.
Using watercolors, I experiment with natural earth and abstract pieces. Recently, I’ve expanded into pop culture, opening up the possibilities in the medium.
