Artist Bio
Deborah O’Keeffe is an award-winning collage artist and a writer. A former editor and college English teacher, her interests in music, philosophy, literature, art, and nature are evident in her works. Her collages have been exhibited in galleries in Louisiana, Alabama, Virginia, Michigan, Houston, Texas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2016, in addition to her regular art show schedule, she exhibited a major work in conjunction with the Grand Rapids Art Prize in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 2017 she exhibited her work at art shows in Virginia, New Jersey, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Tennessee, and New York. She and her husband, writer Steve O’Keefe, live in Staunton, Virginia.
