Artist Statement
I was born and raised in Northampton, Massachusetts, but have called Hoover, AL home for the last 25 years. I developed a love of working with wood and design each piece to bring out the unique beautiful features of each board. My business, Lula Woodworks, is named for my wife.
I use many types of domestic and exotic woods combined in interesting patterns that bring out the best of the natural wood, and create works of art that are also functional.
