Artist Statement
By using an innovative approach to fiber, paint, pen and pastel layering, my artwork takes on a fantastical design. With references to mythology, my images tend to embody the oddities in nature coupled with my autobiographical experience. Each image creates a new avenue to explore the variety of ways that my moods change and recreate themselves.
