Artist Bio
Caroline Howell was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She is passionate about photography and printmaking. Howell is currently a Freshman at Birmingham-Southern College. Howell studies both Studio Art and Applied Computer Science and is the Graphic Design Chair for Birmingham-Southern College’s Planned Parenthood Generation Action group. Howell draws inspiration for her photographs from the beautiful Magic City and her LGBT background, making bold colors a central theme in her pieces. Her main inspirations are Vivian Maier, Andy Warhol and Banksy.
