Inspiration is all around me. When a creative idea pops into my head, it’s in that moment when I go to my studio, if I’m not already there, to turn the idea into something tangible. As soon as a thought arises, I take a seat at the wheel and the process begins.
I try not to think about it too much, but instead allow the idea to take shape organically. I rely on the visual in my mind and from there the vision flows from my mind’s eye, out of my hands and into the clay. And so begins the journey of creation.
