Artist Statement
I consider myself a nature based abstract artist. All of the base layers for my work are done in acrylic ink, liquid watercolor, and acrylic paint. My work is always tied together through drawing, to which I most often use painted airbrush ink or gold/silver leaf sheets. I work on watercolor paper, aquaboard, or canvas. I make all of my frames by hand, often using wood native to Alabama.
